The hourly price includes the private yacht charter, licensed captain, professional crew, fuel, water, ice, soft drinks, safety gear, fresh towels, and onboard Bluetooth sound systems.
A 50% down payment is required to secure the yacht and 100% payment for extra services. The remaining balance is paid upon arrival at the marina prior to departure.
Yacht rental rates vary by season, yacht size, and duration. Fuel is included for standard routes. Rates are subject to 5% UAE VAT.
Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 72 hours before departure. If the UAE Coast Guard restricts sailing due to weather, a 100% full refund or free rescheduling is provided.

Yes, swimming is allowed during daylight hours at designated safe anchorage points (like JBR Lagoon). Swimming after sunset is strictly prohibited by UAE Coast Guard rules.
